For customers with support contract, minimum Silver Support level we offer the ability to open a service request online, update and view existing service request statuses online and receive notifications when your service request has been updated by Nordic Edge Support. When opening a new request, the Incident handling system will request basic information on the nature of the service requested (product, version, description and category).
Customers without support contract (maintenance only) and customers evaluating our software can open a Service Request by sending an email to support@nordicedge.se. Please provide the product name and version, as detailed problem description as possible and contact information.
