NSD1081 How to add Additional Attribute to Pre-defined Search

Situation

In predefined searches it is possible to customize which attributes to present. This NSD describes how to add
an extra attribute. To be able to follow this article it is required that Nordic Edge pre-defined searches are
available. Attached to this NSD is a Nordic Edge tab which one can edit pre-defined searches.

Solution

1.Start Nordic Edge Identity Manager Standalone client

2.Browse to the desired pre-defined search in the LDAP directory and open it by dubble click. A similar window like the one below should appear.

3. In the “DisplayAttributes” input field additional attributes can be specified.
Currently only mail attribute is displayed. To add for instance description attribute add “,description|Description” after E-mail.

Syntax for adding attributes are:
Attributename|column name to display, Attributename|column name to display,etc….

 4.Click “OK”
