NSD1039 Cannot see Create Tab when Right Clicking on Object

Situation

Newly created tab (Create Tab) does not show up on expected object.

Solution

For the Create tab in question, make sure the Containment Classes and the Restriction Filter is correct.
Step by step:

1. In the menu for Identity Manager  Standalone Client start Tools / Tab Designer
2. In the Tab Designer click on File / Select from Tab Control
3. Double click on the Create Tab in question
4. In the menu for the Create Tab click on Tools / Tab Properties
5. Make sure the Containment Classes and the Restriction Filter is correct
